We had cheese burgers. They were fantastic; Just like they used to be. They have Chilli Pups & corn pups & lil Chicken Sandwiches & the fries were alright too. Thanks Krystal for bringing me back to my childhood if but for a moment. Took a friend and he liked them too.
I have edited this review. I grew up in the Chicago area. We have White Castle hamburgers up there. What I can say is that there is a difference. My first response on this review was uncalled for. I was very blunt that I was not happy. I apologies! I want to be fair that although it was different it was good. I read reviews a lot to make choices. This review should be helpful to others. I love going to Krystal’s for lunch, just not after dark. Also, menu prices are outdated. On board it says pick 5 is 6.09 and my ticket says 6.39 And we got spicy wings and they weren’t even on the ordering board in the drive through.
I went in between 2-230 today not very many people in there. They only had 3 people working which i understood cause i also work in a food chain restaurant so i didnt mind the wait. The cashier was so sweet and you really dont find alot of sweet people like that. She was doing the best she could do between being a cashier and making food. I ordered 24 pk and she said it would be 10 minute wait i told her it didnt bother me. I cant remember her name but it started with and "S". She made me feel really welcomed. Food was wonderful hot fresh and like i said she was really sweet friendly. Thank you...
Honestly, for a Krystals, its pretty good! Definitely one of the better Krystals ive ever been to. I do think that its better to go during the day than at night though. Ive been before when the night crew was just like we cant take your order and that was it and i feel like it was only maybe 7pm. But maybe they were having some register problems. Im not sure
